Slow console and virt-launcher logs flooded with Sync VMI
Issue
- OpenShift console is very slow on specific Virtual Machines
- "Pending Changes" continuously appears and dissapears in the console
- The VM IP address continuously appears and dissapears in the VirtualMachineInstance object
