In the questionnaire/survey for templates, the length condition for text type items is incorrectly evaluated

Issue

• Attempt to create a text item with Minimum length 1 and Maximum length 9 fails, when the input data contains only digits for instance 20250828;
• Unable to save the text item when the input data contains only digits save it;
• Default answer field in Edit Question requires to add at least one letter/character;
