VMs fail to start in OpenShift Virtualization with UEFI and vTPM
Issue
- A VM configured with UEFI and vTPM fails to start.
- virt-launcher pod logs "Operation not permitted" errors when creating the nvram file.
Environment
- OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) 4.18
- OpenShift Virtualization 4.18
- Filesystem storage using the Trident CSIDriver
