Configuring Egressip on secondary interface [RHOCP]
Issue
When an EgressIP object is created on a node's secondary interface, traffic may fail to leave with the designated EgressIP address, as the necessary source network address translation (SNAT) does not occur, despite the EgressIP being correctly attached to the interface.
