Red Hat Satellite 6 で Candlepin サービスが失敗し、"Katello::Errors::ConnectionRefusedException: A backend service [ Candlepin ] is unreachable" が表示される

Issue

• Red Hat Satellite 6.11 に Backup Software をインストールした後、Candlepin が失敗しました。
