Alertmanager config page does not load

Issue

• Alertmanager configuration page does not load when monitoring plugin is enabled.
• Alertmanager configuration page is completely blank in webconsole. Configuring using oc CLI works however, webconsole shows nothing.
• In OpenShift webconsole, navigating to Adminstration => Observe => Alerting works, however, navigating to Administration => Cluster Settings => Configuration tab => Alertmanager shows a blank page
