"dracut Warning:LVM rootvg/rootlv not found" の後に起動時にカーネルパニックが発生する
Issue
- 起動時に、システムにカーネルパニックが発生します。パニックが発生する前に、ルート VG と LV が見つからないことを示す次のような dracut 警告が表示されます。
