MTV migration using HPP storage class is stuck with importer pods crashing
Issue
- When doing a MTV cold migration from VMware and using the HostPath Provisioner (HPP) storage class, the importer-prime-* pods are in CrashLoopBackOff.

- Migration Toolkit for Virtualization (MTV) 2.9.3
- OpenShift Virtualization 4.x
- HostPath Provisioner storage class
