virsh dommemstat doesn't return all memory statistics
Issue
- A VM configured with a virtio balloon device is not returning all memory statistics when using the
virsh dommemstatcommand.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 9.6 hypervisor
- Windows Server 2022 VM
- virtio-win-1.9.46-0.el9_6.noarch
