Can I change the timezone in the Subversion log?

Issue

• When setting the log for the subversion, for example:

  $ svnserve -d -r /var/svn --log-file /var/log/svnserve/svnserve.log &
  

  The log's timezone will be UTC, and not know how to change to another timezone, for example the server OS' timezone.
