Defining failure domains for OpenShift 4 in vCenter
Issue
- Topology labels are not added to Nodes in a newly created cluster if only one failure domain is defined.
- Nodes not showing zone and region labels after a single failure domain is defined after cluster initialization.
- Machines and Nodes not showing labels after changing infrastructure object to add failure domains after cluster provisioning.

Storage operator throws the following error after adding a new datacenter:
