Can JBoss EAP be configured to force a desired charset in response Content-Type headers?

Issue

• We have some responses providing a Content-Type header with no specified charset. We would prefer all response Content-Types contain a charset. Is there any option to have JBoss's response headers always modified to add a desired charset to the response Content-Type header?
