Clusters Not Appearing in RHACS UI After Applying Init Bundle

Issue

• Clusters are not appearing in the RHACS console, even after successfully creating and applying the init bundle.
• Despite following the init bundle documented steps, the clusters go out of sync repeatedly and do not remain visible in the RHACS UI.
• No cluster information is displayed in the RHACS dashboard after the init bundle is applied.
