RHEL 10: composer-cli fails to build image-installer image with "Module 'ifcfg' cannot be found" error.
Issue
- Unable to build image-installer images with osbuild-composer-132-1.el10.x86_64
- Image-installer builds fail with the following error appearing in /var/log/messages and the system journal:
dracut[E]: Module 'ifcfg' cannot be found.
