Can not connect to MariaDB with "ERROR 1040 (HY000): Too many connections"
Issue
- Including using the root user, unable to connect to the running MariaDB, and reporting the error "ERROR 1040 (HY000): Too many connections"
# /usr/bin/mysql -u root -p
