aws resource agents currently sleep longer than expected before completing.
Issue
When using an AWS pacemaker resource such as awseip, awsvip, aws-vpc-move-ip or aws-vpc-route53, there is an extra instance of curl_sleep_default included in the resource agent timeout
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 8, 9 or 10 with the High Availability Add-on
- Pacemaker cluster
- Using one of the following Resource Agents :
awseip,awsvip,aws-vpc-move-iporaws-vpc-route53
