IPv6 routes disappear for Dual-Stack Interface on RHEL EC2 Instances

Issue

• Issue occurs on RHEL instances running on AWS with using dual-stack interfaces (IPv4 + IPv6).
• Happens if at least one interface is dual stack.
• IPv6 routes defined in interface's connection profile:
  • Are added initially but later get removed.
  • When added using nmcli, they don’t appear in the routing table.
  • When added using the ip command, they reflect correctly.
