Unable to provision Bare Metal Host (BMH) on Dell PowerEdge servers with iDRAC 10

Issue

• Dell Intel PowerEdge series servers can not setup bare metal hosts using iDRAC 10
• Metal3/BMH cannot provision either via redfish or idrac virtualmedia driver

The following error is observed:
