Configuration of Red Hat Developer Hub in a SelfSigned certificate environment

Issue

We are evaluating Red Hat Developer Hub, and our environment uses Self Signed certificates to simulate an on-prem deployment.
Developer Hub runtime environment has NODE_TLS_REJECT_UNAUTHORIZED=0 however still it tries to validate certificates.
