Submariner is failing to rollout when Dynatrace Operator is installed by RHACM

Issue

  • I'm using RHACM to deploy the Submariner Operator on my cluster fleet

  • My RHOCP clusters have Dynatrace Operator installed

  • Submariner Operator is not rolling out its resources

  • By looking at the events in submariner-operator namespace I see errors like:

    Error creating: pods "submariner-*" is forbidden: volume with secret.secretName="dynatrace-dynakube-config" is not allowed because service account submariner-* does not reference that secret
