Unable to Delete Role or Update Permissions due to Duplicate policy.entity.create Entries in Red Hat Developer Hub

Issue

• Encountering an issue where you cannot update permission policies for a role or delete the role itself.
• Initially, created a role and assigned default plugin-related policies.
• Later, attempted to add additional policies via the API using POST method and Endpoint: /permission/policies.
• Noticed multiple policy.entity.create permissions were created within the role, possibly one for each API request.
• Unable to remove duplicate policy.entity.create permission entries from the role.
• Unable to delete the role itself.
