Issue

Whenever the service mesh operator updates, MTLS communication between services breaks with the following error.

"upstream connect error or disconnect/reset before headers. retried and the latest reset reason: remote connection failure, transport failure reason: TLS_error:|167772427:SSL routines:OPENSSL_internal:wrong version number:TLS_error_end:TLS_error_end"
