One or more templates fails to synchronize with error "Failed to parse metadata" in Red Hat Satellite 6

Issue

• When trying to sync templates from an upstream git repository or some local directory, one or more templates are failing to synchronize and showing the following error:

  Failed to parse metadata
  

• The same issue can be seen when attempting the same action from hammer_cli, i.e.

  # hammer import-templates --organization-id 1 --verbose true
