After installing the system using kickstart, the system boots into multi-user.target instead of graphical.target

Issue

• After the system is installed, it boots into multi-user.target by default even though I have installed GNOME related packages.
• After executing init 5 or systemctl set-default graphical.target, the system can boot into graphical.target normally.
• Why does the system not automatically boot into the GUI after installation?
