ODF ceph pools fail to reconcile with "Error EINVAL: device class hdd does not exist"
Issue
Workloads are degraded and in the events errors can be seen with pools saying " . . .failed to reconcile CephFilesystem . . . Error EINVAL: device class hdd does not exist."
