Issue

• By default, the systemd-coredump process is disabled on the nodes, and the associated service is not running. However, even when the core dump handler does not write a core file to disk, there is still a delay introduced by the kernel when it attempts to start the core handler process. How to prevent the starting of core handler core_pattern.
