How to reset zfcp HBA on s390 server ?

Loop Initialization Protocol (LIP) ' issue_lip ' is not resetting the FC HBA port.

Getting permission denied issue while resetting the HBA port.
# echo "1" > /sys/class/fc_host/host1/issue_lip
-bash: /sys/class/fc_host/host1/issue_lip: Permission denied
