Issue

• Authentication operator is degraded because OAuthServerDeploymentDegraded: 1 of 3 requested instances are unavailable for oauth-openshift.openshift-authentication (crashlooping container is waiting in oauth-openshift-1234xxx pod)

• oauth pod is in CrashLoopBackOff state, failing with below error message:
