[RHBK] Clear Realm Cache button not available in Red Hat Build of Keycloak

- Unable to clear realm level cache in Red Hat Build of Keycloak
- In RH-SSO-7.6.x, there was a button to clear realm cache in Admin console, but there is no such button in RHBK 26.
