Error updating policy e.find(...) is undefined when trying to associate systems with a scap profile in console.redhat.com

Issue

• After creating a new SCAP policy in https://console.redhat.com/insights/compliance/scappolicies page, when editing the policy and trying to assign multiple new systems to that policy, The page does not load completely and shows the following error in red bold text:

  Error updating policy 
  e.find(...) is undefined
  

• Around the same time, in the developer console of the browser, the following error is noticed:

  Error fetching system counts TypeError: o is not iterable
