Issue

  • Console operator is in degraded state with error:

    Failed to pull image "quay.io/openshift-release-dev/ocp-v4.0-art-dev@sha256:xxx": rpc error: code = Canceled desc = writing blob: storing blob to file "/var/tmp/container_images_storagexxx/1": happened during read: context canceled
  • Pods in openshift-console are in ImagePullBackOff state.
  • Console pods are unable to pull image in connected cluster.
  • Unable to access openshift web-console
