The open-vm-tools generates vmware-network with different permission than other files

Issue

The open-vm-tools log files have 0600permission

-rw-------. 1 root root 133406 Feb 13 12:45 vmsvc.1.log
-rw-------. 1 root root 924 Apr 29 08:44 vmware-vmtoolboxcmd-root.1.log
-rw-------. 1 root root 8064 Feb 13 12:46 vmware-vmtoolsd-root.4.log
-rw-------. 1 root root 709637 May 21 13:24 vmware-vmtoolsd-root.log

But the network logs have 0644 instead

-rw-r--r--. 1 root root 189 Feb 13 12:46 vmware-network.1.log
-rw-r--r--. 1 root root 244 Feb 13 12:45 vmware-network.2.log
-rw-r--r--. 1 root root 189 Feb 13 12:43 vmware-network.3.log
