The message is typical of Cisco devices, but something similar might be recorded by other devices.

There is usually no impact, only the recurrence of the messages

Red Hat Enterprise Linux machine (any version)
several separate interfaces connected to the same switch.

Note: two interfaces part of the same bond do not fall into the above category, two separate bonding devices however do.
