Satellite Remote Execution job shows failed status despite successful command execution

Issue

When executing Remote Execution (REX) jobs in Red Hat Satellite, jobs may show a status of Failed, even though the command executed successfully on the target host. The exit code reported is:
```
Exit status: 100
```
The REX job may show as complete at the end and executed successfully on client, but in Red Hat Satellite it appear as failed as shown below:
```
Complete!
Exit status: 255
StandardError: Job execution failed 
```
