Issue
IdM installation is failing during PKI setup with an error like the following one:

2025-02-20T15:16:30Z DEBUG Starting external process
2025-02-20T15:16:30Z DEBUG args=['/bin/systemctl', 'start', 'pki-tomcatd@pki-tomcat.service']
2025-02-20T15:18:01Z DEBUG Process finished, return code=1
2025-02-20T15:18:01Z DEBUG stdout=
2025-02-20T15:18:01Z DEBUG stderr=Job for pki-tomcatd@pki-tomcat.service failed because a timeout was exceeded.
See "systemctl status pki-tomcatd@pki-tomcat.service" and "journalctl -xe" for details.
