Configuring Log Forwarding in OpenShift Logging 6.x for External Elasticsearch
Issue
- Error when forwarding application logs from specific OpenShift namespaces to external Elasticsearch servers
- TLS certificate verification failures with external Elasticsearch endpoints
- ClusterLogForwarder configuration appears valid but logs are not being forwarded
- Collector pods not automatically restarting after configuration changes
- 404 errors when connecting to external Elasticsearch endpoints
