hsperfdata locked by another process (errno = 11)
Issue
- Getting following warning messages being printed on stdout during random times when starting a java application on JDK17 (does not happen on JDK8):
[warning][perf,memops] Cannot use file /tmp/hsperfdata_<user>/<pid> because it is locked by another process (errno = 11)
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 8
- Red Hat build of OpenJDK 17
