Developers when using the Administrator view are not able to view the details for the metrics

Issue

  • Developers are unable to view the details (timeline) metrics from their pods after the upgrade from 4.16 > 4.17. Before the upgrade, it was possible to go the (Administrator view) to "Workloads > Pods > click on pod name > click on Metrics tab > click on (for example Memory usage) the metric" and view the details, timeline and used querie(s)
  • Developers when using the Administrator View are not able to view the details for the metrics
  • When accessing to the OpenShift Console and select Administrator view, go to "Workloads > Pods > > Metrics" tab. The result is empty, but it's observed that when clicked on the "Dashboards" section fails and redirect to the "Dahsboard: "kubernetes / Compute Resources / Namespace (Pods)" receiving a "Forbidden error":
