Issue

  • When trying to upgrade from RHEL 8.6 to RHEL 8.8, Client server fails to perform patch update with below error:

    Error: Transaction test error:
file /etc/pki/tls/cert.pem from install of ca-certificates-2024.2.69_v8.0.303-80.0.el8_8.noarch conflicts with file from package rootcerts-1:20201201.00-2.mga8.noarch
