Issue

  • The ocf:heartbeat:LVM-activate resource fails to start with following error :

    Failed Resource Actions:
    * HALVM_start_0 on node-1-clus 'invalid parameter' (2): call=54, status='complete', exitreason='local/system_id is not set!', last-rc-change='Tue Apr 29 22:49:27 2025', queued=0ms, exec=201ms
    

Environment

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8,9 (with the High Availability Add-on).
  • active/passive shared storage configured using system_id.
  • LVM-activate Resource Agent.
