Dell PowerFlex snapshot in error state in OpenShift with OADP
Issue
Volumesnapshots remain in an Error state and cannot be deleted. While troubleshooting observe the following error in snapshot describe.
rpc error: code = AlreadyExists desc = Failed to create snapshot: There are too many snapshots in the VTree
