Missing Prometheus query results from too short rate duration queries
Issue
- Some Prometheus query results are missing from the rate query.
- Running the query results in empty data sometimes
'query=sum(rate(container_network_receive_bytes_total{namespace="openshift-dns"}[1m])) by (pod, namespace)'
