How is idle httpd-process selected for each httpd-request ?
Issue
- How is idle httpd child process selected for each httpd-request when httpd is received from clients.
- What order is an idle httpd which accepts a httpd-request is assigned?
For example,- idle httpd whose idle status is longer is assigned earlier.
- idle httpd whose pid number is smaller is assigned earlier.
