Automating OpenShift cluster subscriptions with the ocm tool

Issue

When a new connected OpenShift cluster is deployed and is registered in the Red Hat Hybrid Cloud Console, it’s assigned a 60-day evaluation subscription, regardless of the availability of valid OpenShift subscriptions in the account.

The subscription type can be updated as described in the solution article “How to attach subscriptions to OpenShift 4 clusters?”, however it’s a manual process done through the Cloud Console and doesn’t provide an automated way to attach valid subscriptions to clusters.
