Getting Evidence Verification Failed error while securing quarkus application with LDAP realm

Trying to secure quarkus application with Basic authentication using Elytron Security LDAP Realm and keep getting HTTP 401 errors when I try to access the REST endpoints.

Followed the guide : https://quarkus.io/version/3.15/guides/security-ldap , but unable to achieve successful configuration.
