Intermittent connection between Pod and other internal or external networks in OCP 4

Issue

• Pod on a worker node experiences frequent timeouts when connecting to the APIServer.
• Connection instability between the Pod and hostnetwork in OpenShift Container Platform.
• Some source port within the PODs network does not correctly establish connection
  outside or inside the clusters.
• Pods on certain workers node have network intermittent issues.
