E-Mail notifications are received in multiple languages
Issue
- E-Mail notifications for articles and solutions are received in multiple other languages than the language configured in the Customer Portal community profile
- Location and Language in the Customer Portal are set to English, but notifications are send in other languages as well
- How to configure email notifications to the preferred language only?
