Forbidden landing page doesn't load correctly when not authorized on RHBK

Issue

• When a user with access only to non-master realms logs in, they are redirected to the master realm view and see a 403 forbidden message.
• Despite being able to navigate to their authorized realm, the main view does not update unless the user manually refreshes the page.
