Issue with Job Template Invocation in Red Hat Satellite due to incorrect Location and Organization settings.

Issue

• Unable to invoke job templates in Red Hat Satellite via both Hammer CLI and the webUI. The following error was observed when attempting to invoke the templates:

  [root@satellite ~]# hammer job-invocation create --job-template "<Name of Job template>"
  Template with id 'X' was not found
