Hotplug volumes auto-reattachment and unpluggable after a VM restart
Issue
- There are two scenarios:
- Node (kubevirt VM) goes down, pod rescheduled on another node
- Node (kubevirt VM) restart so quick pod never reaches Terminating, comes back on the same node
